EB3 i-140 (premium) applied on April 19, 2022 but still no reply. TSC.
I applied for i-140 EB3 premium on April 19, 2022 but didn’t get any reply in 30 days. Uscis on the phone said I need to email to uscis toolbox. Emailed and got no reply. Then my lawyer suggested to mail the papers again with cover letter saying we had mailed the same case before. 1 week passed still waiting.
Is there anyone in the same situation?
