Hi All,
Got my fingerprints date after 5 months of application in Dec 2021.. Any idea how much is the wait going to be for I-765 or I-485? My application was submitted 6 months ago in July 2021
The wait is driving me crazy

How long after biometrics did you get EAD? And what's your nationality? I'm from Pakistan and we are current

@shahrukh I'm from Brazil and current. the EAD process was not filed at the same time as the GC. EAD filed only in June/21. I got mine on Jan 10th/22. it was through NBC.
Fingers crossed that the GC will arrive soon for all of us 🙏🙏

Yeah nbc is moving fast, Texas is just dead 😔 even getting the EAD would relieve some stress

my priority date is in October 2020, same category, still no green card. EAD/AP was fast but that’s it

That's bad 😔 But hopefully you all get greened soon as you all are very close and I atleast get the EAD fast.. How long did it take to get EAD after biometrics? Everytime the date goes to Jan 2021 they move it back to December 2020 for EAD which just increases the anger

it is just random. I got my EAD in 3 weeks from TSC even before biometrics while many are still waiting over a year. TSC is the slowest center unfortunately.. my 485was filed in Nov 2020 and I am still waiting ..

California is way slower than Texas so that’s not accurate
