does the case update say RFE or Notice of Intent was sent? if so, I got the same update. Also, I got the text from USCIS stating if I receive request for I-693, should return asap. Hopefully they are just looking for the medical

Last Friday I received the SMS and Monday my system changed to RFE, now I'm waiting for RFE to arrive at my house.

sashi gosh, yes! I used to check on the status everyday in July and got tired seeing same thing without updates. I filed I-140, EAD, AP and I485 conccurently.. I-140 got approved in March.

what I understood is initial evidence is when you did not submit the complete docu needed during filing.. additional is when they wanted to get more docu for them to completely decide whether to approve or deny your application, one of the addtl evidence is the medical

just got my lettet, they are asking for:
new medical as it expired
proof of maintenance of status
employment authorization evidence

sherry isaac, once we file 485 we will be pending status so I don’t understood what they mean by proof of maintenance of status, probably they want to see whether we maintain our status before applying
