eb3 485 interview
I got my interview done today.
The officer said if there is nothing wrong, i might expect to see my case approved by end of today. How long should I wait to get my status updated after having an interview?
p.s it’s already 4pm 😭🤣🤣

How many percentages of EB cases are having interviews? I think that most of them are waived.

my i140 got approved April 2021 but yes my 485 is stuck at fingerprints taken (since Oct 2020)

the officer told me the same thing that l should expecting my case approve that nothing happens to my case since June 20 nothing changes just pray them to process your case

K P- my officer said she doesn’t understand why i have been scheduled for an interview as long as all of my docs is submitted. I guess they just pick some cases randomly to be scheduled for an interview.

m ace- emp based questions.. mostly for my spouse as he is the primary applicant.. what jobs has he held .. where we lived.. some weird questions like how many people in the organization when you had joined.. how many of those were ur supervisors.. these seemed like really absurd questions .. why did you move from ur previous place to the now place.. . addresses where you have lived.. for how long.. . there wasn’t anything really twisty though .. read through ur application before you go and you should be all right ..

Congratulations...i am happy to hear that...i am also waiting my interview be scheduled for Eb3 unskilled... hopefully mine be straightforward...i don't understand why they still need interview after all docs and steps we have already faced in this process... weird.
