It depends on your IO. My husband and I were interviewed together. We signed the no lawyer present waiver form first and took an oath. The IO interviewed us on a camera, he was in a different room from ours. He didn’t ask about anything concerning our marriage. We were both asked our names, DOB, last entry into The U.S and the status we came in with, mailing address, employers and occupations, to show our old EADs and some yes/no questions. Afterwards, the IO said there’s nothing incriminating and there are visas available for our category. We should expect something in the mail from days to weeks, our notices and PR cards. We had our interview on 02/11, it changed to new card is being produced 02/15
