I am Nov 16,2020 filer too, still waiting. had EAD approved through expedite request. Processing times changed recently for NSC. Now is 10.5 to 15.5 months. Current date for service request is June 24,2020. @Tuk and @ L U you guys could submit a service request since your case was submitted in April.

I asked for assistance to my district’s congress person. I work for a hospital and was on H1B visa that expired last week. I sent them a letter from my job saying the potential consequences for the health system if I was out of work for too long. Also in the letter they specified severe financial loss for them and for me. Purely own’s financial loss seens to be a reason to deny an expedite request for what I have read.

my date was 28th Oct 2020 and it got approved 30th September 2021, if that gives hope to any of the November filers
