both I-140 and I-485 had Oct 2022, but when I got CRP last November I called to understand why (I was current), turns out they were
using my I-140 file date with USCIS (Jan 2024) instead of the PERM date.

When did your case get transferred from Texas center to NBC? I filed at Nerbraska Center on Feb 20th, 2024 and it only got recently transferred to NBC on Jan 15th, 2025 (11 months). No updates since then. This waiting is killing me 🥲My PD is Dec 16th, 2022
