eb2-niw TSC from Mar/21 - anyone received appproval ??
anyone with a similar timeline to share experiences ? both I-140 and I-485 filed at the same time on Texas Service Center . stilll waiting :(

oh God. I filled my 140 and 485 from Oct/2020 in TSC. still waiting for thr GC. looks it will take forever in TSC. it is better to file 140pp, and the filed 485 after, if your 485 would be transferred to MSC, it is much faster

same here- filed in March 2021 and silence. the wait is so unbearable, and what I’ve seen in the approvals for i140 are so random. it’s hard to tell when we wil be approved. sigh.

@Y H, it might be better to file PP for ur 140 approval. I have learned so many 140s haven’t been touched yet since Oct/2020

mine is NIW with PD Feb 25 2021, still waiting for work permit. not to mention I-140 and I-485.

hi Albert! I asked for expedite for work permit . after a few declined they finally approved it and I got it last year .

good to hear Adriana. i have been denied expedite three times. I contacted congreswoman and they got in touch with USCIS a month ago and they haven’t even replied to them.

hi Albert! yes, I could not work because my L1 expired. My company provided a letter explaining they needed me, I attached the rent agreement and provided the explanation on the email . After 3 denials, even with congressman , they finally approved it . Got my card 2 weeks later

Yes, I filled them together - Texas Center. I am waiting for my NIW since October 7th, 2020. The combo card was received in September 2021.
