congrats, did you get i-485 approved as well? I got i-140 approved August 2020 but still waiting on i-485

I applied the I-140 alone. I submitted I485 I131 i765 after the approval, it was received on 05/14/2021, had biometrics on 08/11/2021

After biometrics on 08/11, status hasn’t changed yet. hopefully this week. I’ll start my I693 form once status changes to interview to be scheduled.

sorry, did you submit i485 twice? based on your timeline, it seems you applied together your i140 and submitted again after i140 approval. Am I right?

@GAB I’m not sure why the timeline shows both I140 and I485 together on April 2020.
I filed I140 alone on 04/09/2020, the I140 got approved on 03/29/2021, and then after I received the I140 approval I filed my I485 along with my wifes I485 as well.
Both I485 and GC were approved on 09/29/2021. Hope it helps!

I am starting to think the best idea is to submit i485 after i140 approval. I had all my forms submitted together. My i140 was approved in Aug 5, 2021, but I have not received any updates for i485 yet. Thanks for sharing your timeline.
