EB2 NIW PD June 2023 (ROW)
I have an approved I-140 but waiting on my PD (June 2023) for Filing. Problem is that my I-94 runs out in March 2025, and I am on an E2 visa (expired).
What are the chances of my PD becoming current, and getting advanced parole before March 2025? or should I just accept the fact of having to be out of country for a while from March 2025?
