EB2-NIW Dependent: AOS Pending 10 Months, Multiple Transfers
Hi everyone. I’m looking for guidance regarding my immigration case.
My EB2-NIW adjustment of status case has been pending for 10 months with no response. I am a dependent on the application, and my husband and children have already received their green cards, but mine is still pending.
My AOS case was transferred between jurisdictions three times and is currently at the NBC. Additionally, my travel authorization (Advance Parole) has not been approved yet.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation?
