Still waiting. I filed on March 5, 2021 (EB2-NIW) for I-140, I-485, I-131, and I-765. All were sent to Nebraska Service Center. Biometrics were done August 10, 2021. Still haven't received the EAD combo. Just submitted my second expedite (first was declined) and had my local congresswoman inquire as well.

@Ada Wong - yes. I went through Emma the first time and the second time I called. Make sure to tell the officer that you have information to note on the case. Do your best to detail out why you need the expedite otherwise they will likely deny your request. It is a weird system where they will ask you for supporting documents only if the officer wants to see them, so might as well have a good description to help them make that choice.

@Ada Wong. I am not sure if it was successful as of yet. I received an email on 11/09 saying they received my additional information, but no update since then. Might be a good sign? I went under category #1: financial loss. Explained I am a sole provider for myself with family here and that it would be a loss to my workplace as I'm the supervisor.

@A M thank you! one last question. when u ask to expedite processing. Is it to expedite all the forms including 140, 485, 765? or only for 765?

@Ada Wong. I only asked to expedite the I-765 form. I think this typically includes the I-131 as well since they usually provide them as a combo card.
