congrats!! our 140 was also approved on January but heard nothing about the 1485, we did biometrics on August last year and did not send medicals when filling, I'm sad it's taking too long! we are in Chicago too!

I know an Andrea in Chicago, maybe it s you (even if there are a ton of Andrea in Chi haha). If I were you I would do my medical exam now, like this it s ready do go once u have the RFE for it. now it s good 4 years instead of 2.

zaz ouille i thought NIW does not have to fill J supplements. Because the NIW does not pin down for a particular job. Pls correct me if am wrong.

Realler you are right. But they requested it, so I played dumb and filled it. The case was approved one week later 🤷♀️
