You can raise another service request or a tier 2 officer call back. May 8 till date is more than 60 days.

Which service center is your NIW at?

where are you all seeing this 60 day rule? my RFE response was received in April but when i called they told me the case was still under normal processing time, based on the local field office processing estimates, not a 60 day rule

@ AK please do you mind sharing what is the rfe? My EB2 NIW is still pending for 9 months plus at TSC😢

it was one of the three Prongs, I submitted my application in January 2020, got RFE in December 2020, the RFE letter itself got to me in February and I responded thesame month. since then radio silence

@ Patiently waiting. The 60 day rule was stated on my RFE last year when I received it and I got the approval 43 days after my response was received at the TSC. You may want to go over your RFE again to confirm this.

@osk maybe they changed the format. mine doesn't state anything like it unfortunately. the only date on it says I have to reply to the RFE within 87 days but nothing about how long they have to get back to me after they receive the response

@patiently waiting, no worries just relax! you’ll get an “approved notice” as long as you responded to every part of the RFE with documents to substantiate every point.
