They just asked for a new Form G28. No prongs were contested.

Sent mine to the same officer 27 days ago. He did challenged my 3 prongs, even though I fulfill all of them …

Mine was XM1365 in Texas, same category, I sent RFE response almost 2 months ago and still nothing back. They literally said I submitted no evidence whatsoever, so no prong was met. In reality more than 900 pages of evidence were sent originally.🙉

I talked to my lawyer today, and he said he has two other clients with that same officer, XM0137. One was approved this week, and the other was denied. I'm starting to get very anxious about it :(

Hubby got RFE too texas office but officer number is XM2009. 2 prongs where challenged for CV of referees and justification on National interest. Will be submitting this weekend.Hope all get approved soon

Just received an update yesterday about my I485. December 17, 2022 Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken December 16, 2022 Your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, was transferred to another office for processing. I've submitted all the forms at the same time, so I already had my fingerprints taken last year (2021) in Sept. Will they send me another RFE for medical?

Hey Waiting BR! No updates yet. My I485 shows that Fingerprints fee was taken in August 2021. I also had my fingerprints taken last year (October-2021). I am waiting to receive the RFE for medical.
