Eb2 fees
Hello, I need help with the fees for filing EB2 NIW premium processing. My application has been returned twice due to incorrect fees. Here’s what I’ve paid so far:
I-907: $2,805
I-140: $715
Could you please advise if I’m missing something? Thank you!

You need to add asylum fee of $300

just like @Shola Folarin said, you’re to add the asylum fee of $300 and then on the first page of the i140, question 5 should be No and question 6 should be Yes. if you don’t do this, they will keep returning your application.

Thank You @Shola Folarin @T. G. .I added the $300 asylum fee the 2nd time but its the question 5&6 that was left blank.will send it again and see if it's accepted..thanks
