my PD is June and became current in April bulletin and also gave a biometrics and replied to RFE in November 2024.

my PD was March 23. submitted my I-485 in July 24 and just got the GC. 8 months after sending i485, no interviews, no RFE, no office transfer. I am sure yours will be approved soon.

@Mariana o did you see status change before getting gc? may I ask what was the last status you see before getting gc? my pd is Mar 13 2023 and current status is fingerprint was taken in Aug 2024. case is in NBC

@Mariana o when did your final action date became current and what state is your field office at?

@C S My friend also got his green card recently. First status changed to New Card is Being produced and very next day Case was approved and mailed

@C S before getting the “new card is being produced” message, it was stuck on “Fingerprints were taken” for 7 months. I got the card about a week after the “new card” message. @olu mikk my office was NBC and my case became current in July 24.

@Mariana o I meant your final action date: the date when visa became available for your priority date not the filing date: the date you submitted your I485 for adjustment of status?

@Zack Alim was your friend approved without an interview ? was he NIW petition based ?

My PD is Mar 6, 23, i-485 filed to NBC in July 24, fingers updated in Sep 24. Then no update. I know many have the same issue.

@Andrew Lee I know some one who's Priority date was 31 March 2023 and approved 485 by 2nd week of February 2025 after becoming current on January 2025

@Neelum Yousafzai let me know if you have any update as my pd is April 5.

I am also April 05 PD and filed for AOS in October.. status still on fingerprints taken.. I think status might change any moment now

@Neelum Yousafzai I don't think it should be like that or he/she is so lucky. Because they always maintain a sequence, otherwise they wouldn't say to follow a visa bulletin final action date and I believe we are. I mean 1, 5 and 7 PD is for the rest of the world. Did you ask him/her about PD date confirmation or is it EB2 or EB2 NIW? There are some differences, although both categories are in the same way as the following final action date. However, sometimes people process by consular (outside the US) and get a letter of visa availability, and they think it's approved. So a lot of circumstances happened. On the other hand, people are also asking for expedite due to financial struggles or any other issues.

fyi, I also see one who gets the GC at 1/28/2025 with pd 2/22/2023 and this leads me to expect that approval is coming soon for the folks have 03/2023 PD as I was thinking that it is processed sequentially. But now I got confused as I saw the approval cases with later PD than me ; 03/13/2023(GC on 03/xx/2025) 03/15/2023(GC on 10/31/2024), 03/31/2023(GC on 02/2nd week/2025), 04/20/2023 (GC on 03/xx/2025).

my pd is 06/09/2023; i-485 submitted 11/2024; biometrics in 12/2024. Still waiting.

my PD is June 14,2023. I have a friend whose PD was April 6, 2023 and his I-485 approved on March 20th. keep sharing your updates.

I submitted documents to uscis November 22, 2024 and PD April 7 2023. I checked with Emma she said your application is on process but I don’t know when you will get approval

@Kamil Qureshi yes someone posted here as well I think it depends upon country to country and state as well nbc or field office. my case now is in fo but no update and three other April cases are also in fo but we are all waiting

@Neelum Yousafzai I submitted both marriage and family relation certificate while filing I-485 to avoid rfe. I provided as much document as I could in the beginning to avoid hassle. hopefully you will get it soon after submitting ur docs

I hope I asked from my friend he said only marriage certificate is enough but depends upon officer for his case having no RFE and approved in 4 month I485

@Neelum Yousafzai sorry to hear about it. but dont worry gather following docs and send to them by post and upload it thorugh online and after one week keep asking about.documents to.emma. in my experience one of my elder borther faced the rfe as he married just 2 years ago so he submitted marriage photo, certificate and Nikahnama (muslim tradition), family photo, acknowledgement from different friends, family and teachers those who knows about their marriage, any joint account, joint insurance, recent any get together or group photo during recreation any long trip etc. best wishes for all of you. keep in touch and remember next steps is naturalizations.

@Neelum Yousafzai I just chat with Emma and she told me that my case was transferred to San Juan (puerto rico) field office on April 23rd. hope it will come soon. do you know from May or June priority date getting approval.

@Kamil Qureshi good luck hopefully soon you will get good news I think may 4 and may 5 pd already got approval most of the time after 2 or three week of transferring they will get approve or need any further evidence my case was transferred according to Emma April 3 and they sent me RFE notice on April 21 but still my online status no update regarding RFE I was wondering why they didn’t update online status just I got mail on Thursday

@Kuki Elanol I sent response to RFE on April 30 still no update online case status even they mentioned in letter send response asap because soon we will take decision but nothing yet updated very frustrated situation even online case status is nothing showing about RFE and response is received I asked to Emma she mentioned might be officer is working on RFE and response with him but I can’t see any RFE or response in system

@Kuki Elanol you should ask ema about update, because I know some people whose pd is june 2023 and they got their GC approved last week. I have a plan to make a group for next step naturalization those are approved on April or will be approved by May.

@Golam Mohammad Zilani our package was delivered on April 30 at 10:20 am and someone signed for it. but online case status is nothing changed not for RFE not for response to RFE. I hope soon will get approval
