EB2 Approved after 500 days and got RFE for EB1
I got my I-140 NIW approved but received an RFE for EB-1 since I couldn’t wait for my EB-2 anymore. I used premium processing for my EB-1 application.
Do you guys think I should withdraw my EB-1 application, even though my priority date for EB-2 is October 3, 2023, and I still can’t submit my I-485?
Any advice is appreciated!

I think you should go with the EB2, date will be current soon.

what is the point of withdrawal? you paid the cost, so give it a chance. your chance to be current for your Eb2 case in next year is high, so without any stress you can keep going with both cases.

you can keep going with both cases! if your EB1 is approve that will be the way! otherwise you still have chance with the EB2.

Please continue to process your EB1. Respond to the RFEand get approved. You can then adjust status immediately. You already paid pp so why are you even thinking otherwise. Good luck

if your eb1 approves, you can use the EB2 PD for Eb1
