EB2- employment based pending
Anyone whose PD is February 2023 got any response about either I-140/ I-484/ Work authorization/ AP. my company lawyer applied for my I-140 May 2024 and I-485 combo July 2024. both are or pending. I have done biometrics and the only update is that biometrics has been applied to your case.
is my case processing normally? my PD is February 2023

If your PD is Feb 2024, it's not current. How the lawyer filed 485 without PD being current?
