Same here, but without an expedite request in the middle. wife and kids EAD approved between Aug 1 and Aug 4 (all on different days). My 7 yo already received her EAD. Mine is still pending, and the lawyer said everything is ok with the process. concurrent filling July 2021.

my I-140 was approved in June and the forms I-485 moved to NBC over a month ago, waiting to receive the medical RFE now. I thought, at this point the GC would come sooner than EAD, but nothing on that side since it was transferred. It is unfortunate indeed not getting the combo card after over a year of not being able to leave the country.. Hope all the forms start moving faster for both of us!

nothing here, kids already received their EAD and SS (not valid for US re entry), wife’s EAD is on the way - nothing new with my case. how about you @lmmi lz?

@CS just to update even more frustrated now I called USCIC this morning explained them my situation they put and then denied another Expedite request :(

@lmmi lz, wow, that’s unbelievable! what is you lawyer saying about it? I don’t have any news on my EAD, but got the medical RFE for my I 485… the waiting is killing me.

Lawyer says unfortunately we have to wait.. service request cant be submitted until Dec 2. We might try congressman thats our last resort.

Just an update. My EAD Expedite request finally got approved with the help of congressional inquiry.

Finaly! congrats @lmmi lz! any tip on the process? I haven’t submitted yet the expedite request, but thinking about it as it’s over a year now..

well there is no set rule it all depends on who assess your request I would say attach as much evidences as possible.
