the reason is they Question the authenticity of the company，they refused 485 at 2022 dec ，my husband get it two months ago thank you for your advice

@amy li it could just be a delay in processing because since he is the primary applicant, and he got approved, yours is just around the corner. Will not harm to call USCIS and ask them.

@amy li was there a rejection of I-140 or I485? If it was I140 you can submit a letter with updated i140 details.

i 140 is approved after we win a lawsuit，the 485 shows reopened after we won

@amy li so really the I-140 was the reason your 485 was rejected. Now that you have that approved, since your husband has received his GC, yours is just a processing point.
