EB1C no updates since biometric is it normal?
No updates since the biometric August2024 and every time I ask Emma it says interview waived and still processing with NBC..

my case went to non local FO 1st week of Mar but then Emma now saying it is at NBC. But when congressman inquires response came from non local FO.

when you engage the congress man is it mandartory that the case is outside the normal process or it can be within the normal process but there is delays?

you can reach congressmen at any time, but they will just make an enquiry their enquiry dont speed up
