EB1C India 485 processing assumption
Is USCIS currently addressing EB1C India cases that are current and went into CRP status in Aug2023 or earlier? This is based on approved cases that I see in this forum.

My case went to CRP in August and got approved recently. India , PD - April 2016 !

@D Pa Filed in Jun 23. Got my i140 in Aug. I just submitted my medical RFE (guess they lost my medicals). am in waiting game at NBC
