@RW BM I just called uscis contact center but they gave me a standard response on email. I requested to escalate to Tier 2 agent but no luck.

@M Naray it did transfer to NBC but in march 2024.

thanks Raj - my PD is July at transferred to NBC from SRC way back in Nov2022 and in CRP since Jan2023. Not sure when the process will resume.
