Congratulations! When was it transferred?

Transfered to NBC on July 28! I didn’t submit medicals with I-485 and it took me 2weeks to respond. They received my medicals on August 25, approved on August 27💚

yes! 2 weeks after transfer to NBC I received RFE for medicals

I would probably recommend to get your medicals now to have them ready when they request them

Hi Anna. What is your FO? Eb2 Niw here. Priority date December 6. MY case was transfered to NBC July 29. I received RFE for medical August 9th. took me 2 weeks to respond as well. They received it on August 24th. No response yet. I hope next week 🙏. my FO is Atlanta. thank you! congratulations!

field office. where did you send the RFE documents? my RFE came from Atlanta field Office.

thanks @Anna for the hint. I think the same, but my lawyers (company provided) don’t want me to do medicals now. wait they say. they are overloaded and stubborn unfortunately. I am just hoping I can get approved by September… end of uscis fiscal year🤞🏻

my lawyers (firm sponsored too) told me the same, but getting medicals done would have saved me 2 weeks

RFE came from Phoenix. they received my medicals on Thursday, approved Saturday morning

Hi Ana, When did you exactly received your RFE? Mine RFE also came from Phoenix and they received it on 11th Aug. Nothing thereafter.

on 8/9 they called me from Phoenix office requesting medicals and I received an rfe via mail on 8/15. I sent medicals on 8/23, they received them on 8/25, decision on 8/27. good luck!!! hopefully you receive an approval next week or so!
