hi - i haven’t seen anyone posting approvals/case updates with PD June 2022 or later (EB1C)

I saw an approval from June 2022.. hope the wait is not tha far .. My PD: Sep-2022

any Nov 2022 approvals?

COB: India; PD: Oct 2022 for EB1b. Biometrics and Medical done in 2023. No movement since Aug 2023. Case @ NBC.

one of my friends with Aug 2022 EB 1 c India got his card in hand last week. within couple of days of becoming current in Dec mid he got rfe for medical. submitted medical first week of Jan, got online approval within a week. so things are moving fast but not in linear order.

pd Aug.’22 still waiting. @love tomar Do you know if your friend filed medical in 2022 along with the application or not?

@love tomar, why did your friend get RFE in December? PD with Aug 2022 is current in Jan 2026 only. Also was his case in "Case remains pending" state before December 2025? Trying to understand if his case was going through some changes or updates around December 2025.

@M Naray, @S C, I know someone with Jan 2023 PD who was approved recently. However he applied 2-3 months ago and his case never went into CRP state. There are many community members who reported similar approvals for cases with various PDs applied in recent months. Looks like those ppl are getting lucky with sooner approvals than people applied 3+ years ago. Hope CRP (Cases Remain Pending) cases start moving soon with RFEs.

@S Y - No there was nothing going on his case around Dec 25. Both of us are from the same company, His was filed in Aug 2022 and mine in Nov 2022. He was in CRP since early 2023, I am in CRP since late 2023. I heard from others that USCIS issues medical RFE even slightly before PD becoming current. There was no movement to his case since CRP, exactly 2 days after the bulletin in Mid Dec 25 he got rfe for medical. He took some time to submit. There was no porting or anything in our case simple EB1 C. Hope this helps

Yes and mostly it shouldn’t matter as the cases are mostly sitting at NBC.

@S Y : that’s strange .. Mine was filed in Sep’22 , biometrics in Oct’22, EAD in Nov’22. Feb’23 it was sent to Lee Submit , MO and since then no update..Happy to see folks getting GC irrespective of PD..hanging in there with a hope😊
