it means all visas are utilized for this year and your case will only be approved in FY23 which starts in October

hello.. I submitted my medical RFE this week under EB1C and it’s yet to reflect in uscis case tracker. did you get a note in medical RFE mail asking you to submit before September ends to be considered for this years approval?

Hi Friends !My I485 based on Eb1c case was transferred to NBC from Nebraska on August 17th that means they hold adjudication until FS2023 ?I submitted concurrent filing of I140and I485 .

Rohit- when did you submit your initial medical and RFE. I heard that now medical are valid for 2 years so wondering why did you get the RFE on medical ??

Hep B was in my previous form as well. it is not age appropriate for adults ( per doc ). however I do see a new row for Covid in the new form ..

Submitted medical in Sept 2020, concurrently with all the rest. The 2 years now, thanks to USCIS, have expired. Will I get a RFE and pay again my family $1,600 medical for the same stuff?

$1,600 for 4 people (family), but this was back in Aug 2020…I guess it’s even higher now..

I am in the same situation as many in this post (vik vik, Rohit Sharma, Arun K etc). my situation - concurrent filing with medicals in Dec 2021. current status “ case was transfered and another office has jurisdiction” … got a medical RFE couple of days back (dated 09-Sep)

I’ve been on other forums too … where others who submitted medicals along with AOS application have gotten medical RFE in the last 2-3 weeks … there seems to be a pattern here

I am yet to resubmit medicals … but folks who have are not seeing any change to the status … let’s hope all cases start getting GCs in Oct 2022

that seems a little odd, why don't you check the status through emma or even better talk to someone from uscis over phone.

Rohit- seems to be a positive update on fingerprints being applied. my kid got his status updated to new card being produced today. this is definitely encouraging

@rohit my case was also just updated to show finger prints were taken.

my spouse case updated that fingerprint taken applied to the case. however my status remains same. I think it’s a good sign that things are moved forward.
