You can submit a pristine application, and still get a RFE for something that is already part of the original application (Received a RFE for H1B COS). It helps to think that the officer processing our case is a human in the end who is under a lot of pressure to get it right. You should be fine. If its an IOE receipt, you will see the notice in 2 days. Else, atleast 5-7 days.

maybe you can talk to your lawyer. well, which did you apply from country?
