Does anyone know what is the average timeline for the response of an I-140 application for a Rest of the World or current PD countries in a regular process? I know the USCIS page says 12-14 months but also says that if they have visas available (current PD) the cases are kind of “faster” because they give them priority. #eb1 #eb1a #I140

Mine took nine months. Another friend's also took 8 months. We are both ROW so our dates were current.
