Hello everyone! Wishing you all quick approvals! 🌸
I wanted to ask if anyone has had a similar experience to mine.
For my I-485, the first RFE I received asked me to provide evidence of my 10 years of lawful presence in the U.S., which I submitted.
Later, I received a second RFE requesting my medical examination, and I have already sent that as well.
What should I expect at this point? Is this generally considered a positive or negative sign? Has anyone else been through a similar process?
Thank you in advance for your answers! 🙏

@Leo Nebra why they ask you to provide the 10 year lawful status and what did you submit? I am waiting for NOID letter and assuming would be same issue.

@Wado Fukai They asked me to prove 10 years of lawful status as part of my I-485 process.
For that, I submitted [list the main things you sent – e.g. visa copies, I-94 records, tax returns, pay stubs, or school/work documents].
I understand your concern about the NOID. From what I know, USCIS sometimes just wants to make sure they have a complete record. Hopefully in your case it will be resolved the same way.

@Leo Nebra thank you so much. I applied for asylum which was approved and same time I receive the Eab1A approval which I applied as regular processing due to multiple cancellations in asylum interview. I believe USCIS officer will be little bit confused regarding the eligibility of AOS on EB1A base. Hopefully, this is will move forward with less hurdles.
