thank you very much for the information. so one more question, once your i140 is approved, you can file your i485 at anytime or does it have to be a specific time frame?

yes sometimes we get unlucky because there are thousands and thousands of applicants so a few like us don’t get picked sooner maybe. I can relate to this pain since I also waited for 550 days to get my approval. Anyway better to put this thing behind and move on.
