Same here. eb1c India pd Nov 2022, it was CRP for me spouse and child but for me it showed finger prints being applied for past 180 days since we completed the personal interview. I applied for EAD renewal for all 3 of us and I got biometric schedule while spouse and child they said they already have the biometrics. Last biometric we all had done together just after i485 filing.

@a m im december 22 as well. mine is CRP too. May i ask how much time it took for you get the receipt notice for EAD renewal. im assuming you sent it via mail (not online). I filed 2 weeks back but havent heard back yet.

@Sai Dev i got the online account number with receipts nunber within a week.. the after two week i received receipt notice and biometric

@a m thank you for response. I thought for Pending AOS cases there is no option for online renewal. Did you pay the renewal fees and filed online?

@Sai Dev my attorney send the application to Texas via fedex and i got the online account details from uscis.. no i didn’t filed online or paid fees.seems like even you applied on paper they are moving those case through IOE number

Mine is Nov 2022 and the status is CRP from last 14 months. I read somewhere that EB2 porting to EB1 are increasing 50% every month. That’s why the queue is not moving at all. With this current pace of porting from eb2 to eb1, the 2022 queue won’t be cleared. Soon it will become like eb2 and eb3 for india. If you google for eb2 to eb1 conversion, you will see lot of agencies helping on it.

@Atharv A so as per this report, do you see any chances of becoming current for pd cases filed between Feb and Dec 2022 in near future ?

No movement- I had applied for EAD renewal for self and dependents in Dec 2024 their EADs got approved mine is pending- I was called for biometric again but only photo was taken. Wonder when the PD will move ahead - mine isn’t Nov end 2022

it seems updated Excel sheet has been shared by USCIS and shows 15000 plus I-485 in Eab1 India pending 2023(?) Tge prognosis was another year for that to be cleared and become current- has anyone here taken a look and analyzed it. please share insights
