@R M do not; we have God in control regardless the timing! USCIS timing is difficult to understand. The officer told me to have requested my approved I-140 from USCIS Texas where it got approved and will adjudicate as soon as received(while my notification for interview was sent on November 14 and interview took place in December 19 but they weren’t able to get all the files before interview! Which was very wired.
