EB1 India - Analysis of Pending Cases
the Oct bulletin shows no movement for India. can someone share how many cases are in CRP status prior to Feb 2022 FAD. this way we can predict when rest of 2022 will become current!

@GC long its not about CRP cases, we need to see porting cases, those are huge.

the reason I say CRP is because they form the majority of the queue. the port cases could be the next biggest category. we need to see how many visas are made available now and what to expect in the months to come. @Atharv A @a k

was really hoping something would move this time. only good news seems to be the advance in filing date. could be an indication that in upcoming months the priority date will move and they can start processing even the April ones? god only know honestly.

@Hello World you actually might be correct! if the porting cases are so high, it will soon become like the EB2/3 queue for India

If they did not move EB1 India FAD due to porting cases, I was wondering why EB2 and EB3 (around 1 week move) were not moved.

I think Dec will be the expected movement. UsCiS is overly cautious to see how many ROW EB1 comes this quarter and then move those unused numbers to India. if we go by just the India assigned numbers, 2700 will be filled by porting cases alone.
