@s a on Emma, once I was connected with an agent. I asked them which field office has my case been transferred to. They keep telling me that its based in National Benefit Center. I’ve heard Emma is unreliable so I asked my congress representative to inquire from USCIS where my application was currently and wether it will be transferred to a field office. after 20 days inquiry, USCIS sent an update to my congress rep and they told us it is being transferred to Fort Smith and no need for an interview. we should hear something in 60 days and follow up with them if there is no news.

@Don Ciccio I saw a couple of people be transferred there. hopefully you’ll hear news this month. the fiscal year ends on 30 September, so it’ll most likely be done before then.

@cloud 8 No updates on our end. Today again we followed up they say still processing officer reviewed on Aug 9th. And also they mentioned outr security checks pending. Not sure what those are, we completed our bio on May 08, 2024. It is more than 90 days still security not cleared? do we know how long they takes?
