@VT Greencard any self sponsored Greencard (EB1A/EB2 NIW) can change jobs anytime as they are not tied to employer if filed in self category. If EB1A is sponsored by employer (Petitioner is employer and benificiary is you) then the new employer need to file again proving your extraordinary qualifications again or you can file self (this is rare as many EB1A will file under self).

what does EB1 pending means. does it mean i140 pending or green card pending
