what do you mean by API update one week ago ? do you mean it changed in the case status tool check from fingerprint were taken to case was transferred ?

@Ahmed Ah Local means a field office in your city or metropolitan area of your current residence. Non-local means out of state field office.

@Ahmed Ah I check the API JSON last time stamp update for the case and it showed timestamp from last week. i have an IOE case so I can access this info

@Ashley M same with me. case was moved to LA (non local FO). i had api update of 6/16 and upon checking with emma, they confirmed it was in LA. received an email that case update, but nothing changed on portal (except timeline moved from 12 months to 10 months).

@Ashley M me and my dependents got email about action taken. On my 485, it moved from Rfe response received to rfe issued to case is actively reviewed & “attend interview” is ticked green. for my kid, it changed to “case actively reviewed” and attend interview ticked green. for my wife , it changed to case actively reviewed and then to rfe issued , but no notice on documents tab.

@Ashley M I see the notices now for me and dependent , it is about medical examination had incomplete information ss per their review, so need to resubmit with required information.

@amdsk a 90 days seems such a long time after already waiting for 5 months :(

@Ashley M I know. 90 days is exaggerated if it is non-local. It will happen much sooner than that. You’re almost there!
