yes I filed concurrently. Initially no priority date was shown. When the I-140 got approved, I received a priority date on the approval notice. The priority date was July 3, which is the receipt date.

my lawyer told me- but only if you file concurrently.

@Suzy K not always true, I have people still waiting over a year and they are current.

concurrently. I submitted Feb 8 2022

566 days for I-485 while I-149 was approved over 300 days ago best of luck

@Joseph Atie i140 approved but still waiting on 485. everyone's case is different. You might just get lucky. To be sincere, I have seen more 2023 and late 2022 approved. so who knows
