I have the same issue! the status is still biometrics received since 775 days. I have contacted my congressman and even he just got a generic answer that I need to be more patient! I am frustrated and need any advice on what to do now?

COB is from a EU country - on USCIS I can’t even submit an inquiry as they say it’s still within normal processing time. I just contacted senator office for support

@MM CC did you check enquiry date on processing time website

it shows that I can submit an inquiry, it let me put all the information but then it doesn’t let me finalize it. I called USCIS and they said that the inquiry tool is not updated and in reality I can submit an inquiry in 1.3years from now - total scam

In the same boat, EB1C, filed concurrently May 31 2024, I-140 approved September 24 2024. AOS pending since then, did the congressman inquiry, got the standard response. My case will be outside of normal processing after 2nd week of December (so I would expect yours is already outside normal processing) I plan to submit the inquiry with USCIS once.

im so confused why cases from 2024 will be pending while 2025 are getting approvals.. what is you Pd?
