Did you send medical RFE yourself or through your lawyer?
we received medical RFE, case in CRP status since 2023, confused about sending them ourselves or through lawyer. it’s only medical RFE since medical RFE sent earlier expired

@V J You can send it by yourself. No need of lawyer for this. Just keep a copy of rfe letter in the envelope. Ask the courier to get the signature when it’s delivered.

1. I didn’t raise service request and let it flow on its own considering the PD was Aug 2022.
2. I sent my RFE response myself . just added a cover letter and rfe letter copy.
