@Waiting GC - yeah, originally answered no as our lawyers didn’t think I should be subject to the charge, but the RFE mentioned I should have answered yes, along with questions 62 -68.

@Space Walk the RFE asked me to send my I-485 with the correct answer to question 61 (yes) and questions 62-68. I had to sign my initials and date next to each answer for the public charge section as well. We re-sent the whole form, signed and with an updated date.

@Waiting GC - I don’t really know how people interfile missing info to correct errors, so I’d ask your attorney. Or be ready to respond with an updated and signed I-485 and send it as soon as you receive the RFE.
