EB1-C I-140 approved from TSC around 10 months
EB1-C I-140 approved from TSC in 10 months.
It was concurrent filing with medicals, filed date July-30-2021,
I-140 approved on Jun-03-2022,
EAD/AP not filed bio on Jan-06-2022
waiting for I-485 now.
Any idea what is expected next steps and how long I-485 approval take for EB1-C #tsc #eb1-c #I-140 #approved

I heard that all EB case will eventually get transferred to NBC from TSC unless they are already opened to process by uscis agent in Texas.

The next step won’t be a decision or rfe; that is a miracle in the Texas center. Wait for the transfer to NBC, and from that point, start counting days for I-485 approval. Good Luck!

EAD/AP not filed, personally I see no value in filling I765 for EB1-C concurrent filing

I was not aware ..not filing I765 is even an option..my attorney filed all together in apr 2021..so far everything except i765 is pending...no.update what so ever

for concurrent filing, does I485 stay on ice while I140 is pending approval? In which case is there any benifit of concurrent filing ?
