@Liz Hay there is another fee of $300 for asylum group fee. It's a new fee added after April 01. You have to select no.6 as yes in I140 if you are self petitioner.

@J B I am a self petitioner. Did you pay the additional $300? I am not seeking assylum. Are you referring to the question on part 1. No 6. Do you employa total of 25 or fewer full time.....

it's not for asylum seeking purpose. It's a fee that applies to everyone who applies for immigration visa

yes, two seperate checks.

@Liz Hay You have to select one of the options and being a self petitioner, No. 6 applies to us. If you select other option then you have to pay $600
