@M E I140 for EB1 takes between 6-9 months. If you are in a rush and have $2500, then go with premium ASAP.

For EB1 ROW, I think it really depends on if you can afford to spend the extra $2500 and how soon you want your green card. You are current (and no one is anticipating any significant retrogression). If you feel impatient after a month and can afford to pay $2500, then do it. I believe premium processing tor EB1 is 45 days.

@here to stay @A A does moving to PP in between has high chances of RFE ??

@PDeep D Most probably yes.Because the officer wants to buy time to make a detailed review of your application. One of my friends got RFE when she decided to change to PP. The RFE was asking for some supporting documents which have already been attached to the application. They approved the petition 2 days after responding to the RFE.

@A A thanks I was thinking the same. I am also wondering that if the case is pending for 4 months then they might have at least started working something. Also, website says currently they are prioritizing cases for which PD are current. Do they work on one case and then move to next ?

@PDeep D I'm not sure how they are processing the applications. On their website, they said they process applications on a FIFO basis. My I140 application has been submitted for more than 6 months and is still under processing. My PD is current.
