congratulations! why did the biometrics take so long?

congratulations. did you get the approval notification today? as you may know the uscis website was down in last couple of days. and what was your uscis site?

I have no idea why they were accepting biometrics so long.

I got notification in Aug 18, but next notifications I got just today and I also had something wrong with USCIS site.
