EB NIW-485 Approved! Finally Greened. NO RFE! NO Interview
Woke up to “New Card Is Being Produced”. Thank you JESUS!!!! Finally, its my time and my turn!
I hope this encourages those still waiting.
My case was transferred to NBC from Nebraska on July 28. On July 29, I received another notification, via Lawfully, that my case was transferred to a new office and that new office now has jurusdiction. I received a notice for the July 28 transfer to NBC but not the July 29 transfer to whatever “new office”.
Not only have I been approved but all my dependents at the same time! Thank you JESUS!
We filed concurrently and submitted our medicals (including covid vaccines) with our application.
I thank you all for all your support! This community is truly awesome and gave me hope on dark days! I celebrated everyones wins like they were mine and now viola! its my turn to celebrate.

@ah s- i didnt expedite my 485 or 140. I requested to expedite my 765 ( EAD) as a healthcare worker
