@Medo A : Mine was transferred to NBC on June 02,2022. In the notice it was mentioned as below “ We completed preliminary review of your case. As of standard process we transferred your case to NBC” Has any one received same notification?

Can we also add more info like priority date, receipt date, I-140 approved date, currently holding H1B or not? I updated mine.

I have seen many April 2022 cases which were transferred to NBC adjudicated as well

I think they are working on both the March April transfers but it’s difficult to pinpoint exactly because once the application leaves NBC and goes to the FO, it’s dependent on the capacity of the FO to adjudicate

tier 2 officer said my case was transferred from NBC to El Paso FO on May 24th but it has not reached destination yet. did they send my file with a bicycle???

Here is our timeline: LC filed: March 16 2021 *LC audited LC approved: January 10 2022 USCIS (i140/i485/i765/i131) filling: March 2 2022 *Submitted medical together with i485. I140 (PP) approved: March 10 2022 I485 transferred to NBC: March 23 2022 Biometric at St Louis: April 5 2022 I485 approved: May 31 2022 *Approved in 89 days after filling Good luck to all of our friends. So your PD is June 2021, not October 2020. I don't understand why you have a different PD. It is normally when you submit everything.

PD is when you started the process, which is my case is labor certification, my husband had to get his PERM approved and stuff. then you have the date of submission which is June 2021. both dates are 100% correct. that’s the timeline my lawyer gave me
