EB1-C too. Thought it will all be done by Sep 30. Now in the same boat to think that USCIS will be relaxing after wasting handful of GCs. We will continue to wait and be patient! …

chasing GC - mine is Chicago.. I think you have to wait for a little while for the interview.. mine happened in about 20 days or so.. and it depends on the FO.. yea I just hope we get through before Halloween.. 🙏

I had not submitted our medicals.. but I understand few who did submit also got the interview notice ..

I have got my ead .. and my interview was done too last month.. just waiting on the decision .. it was smooth and I expected to get it on the spot .. but not sure why didn’t I was able to get same day itself .. it just depends on your case and luck may be .. my case analysis shows 3rd rank out of 354.. not sure what does that mean.. 3rd on the line or what ?

chasing GC… the questions were all straight forward.. regarding your 485… pls be prepared with the dates .. when did u come to US.. how long did u stay at which places .. questions about ur employer .. when did u join which office .. I have read on this forum that some IO’’s ask about office buildings and stuff .. may be acquaint itself with all that too..

@ Vik- Nebraska service center is processing currently at March 2020 based on receipt date of I 485z . yours is April 2021. now your PD is Nov 2020, which I believe is your I 140 filing date. I’m not sure if FOs process case based on I 140 filing date or I 485 filing date. My I 140 PD is Feb 2020, I 485 filing date is Oct 2020 ( FO Montgomery AL). my case is pending interview scheduling interview since last 3 weeks. Hope it happens soon for all of us. 🙌🙏

@S P- yea it should have. probably that’s why your interview came in Sept itself. wait till October end and then raise SR or chat with Emma. USCIS may be taking it easy after las fiscal year overload.

@chasing GC - thanks, I don’t necessarily need the I-765 or I-131 as I’m on H1B currently but just seemed odd I never heard back in those. What I really care about is I-485 which hopefully is forthcoming over coming weeks, fingers crossed
