EB-2 ROW pending in Texas for one year
Thank God I have the EAD, but really wanna see my green card in my hands before fall.
(P.S. got EAD in October 2021 after 7.5 months. It was processed in National Benefits Center)

do you mind sharing how many months you waited for your EAD? and what service center?
Charlie AustinFeb 7, 2022
7.5 months, National Benefits Center. Strangely enough, it wasn’t transferred to Texas.

what date was your i140 approved?
Charlie AustinFeb 7, 2022
7/28/2021. 11 months after filing.

similar timeline for me also. same NIW, i140 approved November 21.
i485 filed in March to NBC but transferred to Texas in April. Have work permit approved also, but for now it seems TSC is stuck in a rot cos I probably only see one GC approval per two weeks on this app.

Hmm, I’m afraid that we are going to see an increase in backlog once they start to process the I-485 applications from October 2020. You are lucky that you didn’t apply ead in Texas, at least you can work.
