@Ice G, I have an approved Eb2 NIW but want to explicate the EB1A. can you point out the criteria out of the 10 you demonstrated and how did you make a case for the final determination? also if you won’t mind if I can chat with you and that will be also helpful. Thanks.

I showed evidence for 4 criteria. 1) original scientific contribution to the field 2) authorship in professional media 3) critical role in an organization 4) judgement of others work. I really used the names that I wrote above to implement their cases to mine. I believe, no one can know your studies better than you, so read every line and evidence of these examples then create a frame and start writing.

@T. G. I also bought an example from eb-greencard.com. And what I learnt from Zhi Yang, not only focus on your google scholar citations, search your articles doi numbers on google, google books, google patent… You may find important citations in your field. In addition, I read an appeal that mentioned in terms of leading or critical role criteria, only focus on one, either leading or critical. do not mention both. If you have questions during the process, please write here so it will be beneficial to everyone.

hello @Ice G i m From Turkey too and i applied for an EB1-A so yesterday i got RFE can you tell me about process? i m bit terrified

@jisun kim Hello, RFE isnt a bad thing, if you give good evidence you can get the approval. I didnt get RFE but if you have specific questions, I may answer.

@Ice G i have 4 criteria. i m a World and European champion and have master thesis on my field also PhD student. have many media news and photos. In Turkey i m the Top of 5 person on Taekwondo and i documented all proof detailed. I dont get what is the reason of RFE but( they will post in few days)

@Ice G is it possible you too send me an application final documents of yours? i meant i got rfe and pretty complicated. i presented everything what they asked but they said arrangement is wrong and some documents are an incomplete. my mail is jisun.rk@gmail.com please help me on file ( setting of files by critiration) arrangements. and i can know that how must i prapare for rfe respond .

@jisun kim Hello, I used completely similar evidence with andreychemist and Razvan Marinescu which I referred at my post. Did you check them? I have the feeling that I may not be helpful to you because our field is different. I submitted my case based on my research experience. Hope above examples will help to you. If you need more help you can ask to a lawyer, they may still take your case and help for RFE.
